Job summary

icare is seeking an Events Coordinator for a Sydney-based 6-month contract to lead flagship education programs and events across in-person, virtual and hybrid formats.

You will work with subject matter experts, speakers, vendors and stakeholders to deliver engaging learning experiences and high-quality events, from forums to webinars, while building expertise in event management and learning design. Flexible hybrid working is offered.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering end-to-end events, including large-scale programs.
• Ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders, vendors and presenters.
• Knowledge of workers compensation, general insurance, risk management or a related regulated environment.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and deliver high-quality outcomes.
• Experience with learning, education or capability-building programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of major education events, forums, webinars and workshops.
• Coordinate venues, speakers, technology providers and event logistics.
• Manage participant communications, registrations, livestreams and post-event evaluation.
• Develop engaging learning solutions with internal experts and external providers.
• Build relationships with service providers, presenters and stakeholders.
• Promote education initiatives through event collateral and communications.
• Support program planning, budgeting, reporting and continuous improvement.
