Job summary

icare is seeking an Events Coordinator to lead the planning and delivery of major education programs and forums across NSW Government Agencies. You will manage end-to-end events, including in-person, virtual and hybrid experiences, coordinating venues, speakers and technology providers to ensure seamless delivery.

You will work with subject matter experts and stakeholders to create engaging learning experiences, track budgets and drive continuous improvement across the education portfolio.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering end-to-end events across large-scale programs.
• Able to coordinate multiple stakeholders, vendors and presenters to achieve outcomes.
• Knowledge of risk management, workers compensation or related regulated environments.
• Strong communication skills to brief and explain requirements to diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of major education events, forums, webinars and workshops.
• Coordinate venues, speakers, technology providers and event logistics for in-person, virtual and hybrid experiences.
• Manage participant communications, registrations, livestreams, recordings and post-event evaluation.
