Job summary

T. Rowe Price Australia is seeking a skilled events professional to lead and execute a wide-ranging business events program across in-person, virtual and hybrid formats.

You will manage planning, budgeting, vendor relationships and stakeholder engagement to deliver compelling experiences that reinforce brand and investment solutions. The role requires independent delivery against objectives, strong attention to detail, and the ability to use AI tools to enhance engagement and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or the equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
• Min 3-5 years of relevant work experience.
• Event or Marketing experience at financial services company or equivalent experiences, or strong interest in event and asset management industry
• Knowledge of asset management industry and business practices
• Team-oriented
• Self-motivated, creative, responsible, with excellent attention to detail
• Creative thinker and problem solver
• An idea-generator with the ability to execute
• Knowledge of event management platforms, incl. virtual
• Ability to work across multiple projects and work in a busy, fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end event planning and execution, including venue selection, vendor management, budgets, F&B, AV, and production.
• Develop creative event experiences and marketing activations aligned with objectives, using AI to enhance delivery.
• Negotiate standard event contracts and manage expenses and budget reconciliation.
• Set up on-site delivery and use engagement tools to enhance client experience and measure KPIs.
• Prepare reports and insights for management after events.
• Lead virtual event program and coordinate across in-person, virtual, and hybrid formats.
