Job summary

Elders Insurance in Dubbo is seeking an Assistant Account Executive to support client accounts through the insurance lifecycle. This role blends administration with proactive client service, spanning new business, renewals, endorsements and claims.

You will maintain accurate client records, process policies, monitor payments, and use Salesforce to document interactions, contributing to a client‑first culture and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Police/ASIC clearance (or ability to obtain)
• Willingness to obtain Tier 1 General Insurance (FNSASICN513) qualification (on the job)
• Experience in the insurance industry, administrative or client-facing role (preferred)

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with clients, insurers, and stakeholders.
• Respond to client enquiries and resolve or elevate issues within required timeframes.
• Support processing policies, renewals, endorsements and cancellations; maintain accurate client records.
• Complete daily banking, receipting, and filing; support office administration.
• Monitor outstanding debtors and follow up overdue payments; minimise aged debt.
• Record all client interactions in Salesforce and support compliance and QA standards.
