Job summary

Clarity Partners is seeking an Assistant Account Executive to join a boutique insurance brokerage in Perth CBD. You’ll support commercial insurance solutions, assist with policy administration and renewals, and work closely with senior brokers to build hands-on expertise.

You will gain exposure to complex risks, develop your technical knowledge, and progressively take on more responsibility in a collaborative, mentoring environment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a Tier 1 insurance brokerage.
• WinBeat experience is essential.
• Experience supporting Account Executives or senior brokers within commercial insurance.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
• Confident communication skills when dealing with clients, insurers and internal stakeholders.
• A proactive approach and genuine willingness to learn.
• The ability to manage competing priorities and work effectively within a small team.
• A genuine interest in developing your career within insurance broking.

Responsibilities

• Support Account Executives and senior brokers across the commercial insurance broking lifecycle.
• Assist with client servicing, policy administration, renewals and documentation.
• Liaise with clients, insurers and internal stakeholders to support the delivery of insurance solutions.
• Assist with the preparation and management of insurance documentation and client requirements.
• Gain exposure to a diverse range of commercial risks and client portfolios.
• Work closely with experienced brokers who will provide hands-on guidance and mentoring.
• Take on increasing responsibility as your technical knowledge and confidence develop.
