Job summary

BARE Recruit And Consult Pty Ltd is seeking an Insurance Building Project Coordinator for a remote working role in Queensland. You will liaise with Building Supervisors, owners, insurers and stakeholders, schedule trades, and handle email inquiries.

This full-time position runs Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm Queensland time. You will report to the owner and work with a small team including a Desktop Estimator and on-site Supervisors, within a supportive culture.

Qualifications

• Prior insurance building experience as a Project and Repair Coordinator.
• Experience coordinating insurance building repairs.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.

Insurance Building Project Coordinator - remote working

Boutique insurance repair builder is seeking a reliable and capable Project Coordinator with Insurance Building experience to join their team on a permanent basis, in a remote working position.

ABOUT THE ROLE

Insurance repair building projects across Queensland

Liaising with on-site Building Supervisors, property owners, insurance companies and other stakeholders

Scheduling trades

Responding to email inquiries

Salary $80,000 + superannuation.

Full time position, Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm local Queensland time.

Reporting to the company owner and supported by the Desktop Estimator, you will be working alongside a small team of 3 other Project Coordinators, on Site Supervisors + the owners, who take an invested interest in the day to day of the business.

We are ideally looking for someone who is able to start within 4-8 weeks, however the start date is flexible for the right person.
