Job summary

Pinnacle Insurance Services on the Sunshine Coast seeks an Account Manager to oversee a portfolio of commercial and domestic insurance clients. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs, provide tailored insurance solutions and deliver exceptional service.

You will manage renewals, quotes and policy changes, liaise with insurers for favourable terms, and actively contribute to client advisory across diverse insurance products.

Responsibilities

• Managing a portfolio of commercial and domestic insurance clients.
• Acting as the primary point of contact for client enquiries, renewals and policy changes.
• Preparing quotations, renewals, endorsements and policy documentation.
• Liaising with insurers to negotiate competitive terms and outcomes.
• Providing tailored insurance advice and recommendations.
• Identifying opportunities to strengthen client insurance programs.
• Assisting clients through the claims process and advocating on their behalf.
• Maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance requirements are met.
• Building strong relationships with clients, insurers and key stakeholders.
