Ensure Recruitment is seeking an experienced commercial insurance broker to take ownership of an established portfolio in Brisbane. You’ll manage advice, renewals and placements while collaborating with a colleague who built strong client relationships.

You’ll have the chance to build your own book with admin support to focus on clients, and work in a collaborative Brisbane team. The role offers a base salary with super and clear career progression.

Qualifications

• Experience managing a commercial insurance portfolio.
• Ability to win, retain and grow client relationships.
• Experience placing insurance across multiple lines (e.g., transport, earthmoving, retail, trades, property).

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow an established portfolio of commercial insurance clients.
• Handle renewals, placements and broking decisions.
