Job summary

Enterprise and Training Company on the Gold Coast is seeking a Learning Experience Specialist to redesign onboarding and capability development. You will design engaging learning experiences, resources and tools in collaboration with subject matter experts.

Reporting to the Organisational Development Manager, you will create guides, templates and activities, review content, and help build competency pathways while balancing creativity with practical delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience designing learning, onboarding, induction or capability development resources and experiences
• Strong content development, written communication and instructional design skills
• Ability to simplify complex information and create practical, user-friendly resources
• Experience collaborating with stakeholders to gather information, test ideas and improve solutions
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Practical understanding of how adults learn in workplace environments
• Attention to detail and commitment to high-quality learning materials

Responsibilities

• Design practical and engaging learning experiences, resources and support tools
• Develop onboarding and induction materials that support new employee success
• Create guides, templates, toolkits, activities and workplace learning resources
• Review and enhance existing onboarding and learning content
• Support the development of role-based capability pathways and development resources
• Prepare and facilitate workshops and learning initiatives
• Collaborate with subject matter experts and stakeholders to gather information and validate content
• Support the implementation and continuous improvement of onboarding and capability development initiatives
• Contribute innovative ideas to enhance learner experience and organisational capability
