Job summary

Kinyara Health is seeking an Instructional Designer / eLearning Developer to design and develop engaging digital learning experiences that build capability across our organisation. You will translate knowledge into clear, practical learning and work with SMEs to create scalable content for our brands.

The role is hands-on, creating modules, pathways, assessments and multimedia resources, with scope to use AI-enabled tools and modern LMS platforms to improve learner outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience designing and developing eLearning content using Storyline or Claude Design.
• Strong instructional design capability and understanding of adult learning principles.
• Exceptional writing, editing and content development skills.
• Experience creating interactive digital learning experiences at scale.

Responsibilities

• Designing and developing engaging eLearning modules and digital learning experiences
• Creating learning pathways, assessments, guides, videos and supporting resources
• Partnering with subject matter experts to translate information into effective learning
• Designing interactive experiences that improve engagement and knowledge retention
• Writing clear, learner-focused content with accessibility in mind
• Supporting deployment of learning content through LMS and platforms
• Using learner feedback to improve content and outcomes
• Leveraging AI-enabled tools to enhance learning design and development
