Kinyara Health is seeking an imaginative Instructional Designer / eLearning Developer to create scalable digital learning across our national brands. You will design modules, pathways and assessments, collaborating with subject matter experts to translate complex knowledge into practical, engaging courses.

The role focuses on a significant content development project, delivering accessible, visually appealing experiences and leveraging AI-enabled tools to enhance outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience designing and developing eLearning content using Claude Design or Storyline.
• Strong instructional design capability and understanding of adult learning principles.
• Exceptional writing, editing and content development skills.
• Strong eye for visual design, layout and learner experience.
• Experience creating interactive digital learning experiences at scale.
• Experience with LMS and digital learning platforms.

Responsabilités

• Designing and developing engaging eLearning modules and digital learning experiences.
• Creating learning paths, assessments, guides, videos and supporting resources.
• Partnering with subject matter experts to translate information into learning.
• Designing interactive experiences to boost engagement and retention.
• Writing clear, learner-focused content for digital learning.
• Ensuring materials are accessible and compliant with branding.
• Supporting deployment through LMS and platforms.
