• Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design or a related field.
• 5+ years’ instructional design experience with leadership responsibilities.
• Experience designing digital, blended and self-paced learning for complex software/technical environments.
• Proven ability to engage stakeholders and translate complex concepts into learning.
• Experience establishing design standards, quality controls and scalable content processes.
• Knowledge of modern learning technologies, authoring tools, governance and AI-enabled learning practices.
