Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, Learning & Development, Communications or related discipline.
• 5+ years in instructional design with leadership and coaching responsibilities.
• Experience designing digital, blended and self-paced learning for complex software or technical environments.
• Ability to engage and influence stakeholders; translate technical concepts into learning experiences.
• Experience establishing standards, quality controls and scalable content-development processes.
• Knowledge of modern learning technologies, authoring tools, content governance and AI-enabled learning practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead and elevate a global instructional design function and team.
• Shape learning standards and strategy across a global software portfolio.
• Partner with senior leaders to align learning outcomes with customer success and business objectives.
• Drive scalable learning operations including release readiness, localisation and QA.
• Mentor and develop a high-performing instructional design team.
