Micromine in Perth is seeking a senior leader to unify and elevate our global instructional design function, shaping world-class learning experiences that accelerate product adoption and customer success through AI technologies.

In this hybrid Perth-based role, you’ll lead a high-performing team, influence learning strategy across a diverse software portfolio, and partner with international stakeholders to deliver scalable learning programs that drive customer value and outcomes.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, Learning & Development, Communications or a related discipline.
• 5+ years' instructional design experience, including leadership, coaching and team development responsibilities.
• Strong experience designing digital, blended and self-paced learning solutions for complex software or technical environments.
• Proven ability to engage and influence stakeholders, translating technical concepts into effective learning experiences.
• Experience establishing instructional design standards, quality controls and scalable content-development processes.
• Strong knowledge of modern learning technologies, authoring tools, content governance and AI-enabled learning practices.
