Job summary

Amazon is launching a new Instock management function in Sydney and is seeking a self-starting leader to own end-to-end inventory strategy across multiple product categories. You will balance customer availability with financial guardrails while partnering with Category, Vendor Management, Operations, Product, Finance, and Tech teams to deliver scalable solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years of professional or military experience.
• Experience communicating results to senior leadership.
• Experience leading process improvement, systems development, and project management.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end instock strategy across multiple product categories.
• Partner with Category, Vendor Management, Operations, Finance, Product, and Technology teams to deliver cross-functional solutions.
• Design and build internal tools for forecasting, buying, placement, and inventory health.
• Analyze inventory trends and demand signals to optimize stock levels.
