Job summary

ManpowerGroup is seeking a Supply & Inventory Lead to join our growing operations team across Australia. You will own inventory planning, manage stock availability, and work with Sales, Operations, and external agents to optimise performance.

You will analyse large data sets, communicate risks and backorders, and build strong stakeholder relationships nationwide. A hands-on, collaborative approach and healthcare/medical device familiarity are advantageous.

Qualifications

• Experience in Supply Chain, Inventory Management, Demand Planning, or similar role.
• Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret large data sets.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience managing stock, forecasting demand, and inventory reporting.

Responsibilities

• Manage inventory levels, stock availability, and supply planning across Australia.
• Analyse large data sets to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Coordinate backorder communications and provide regular inventory updates.
• Build strong relationships with agents and key sales stakeholders nationally.
• Prepare inventory and supply reports for leadership teams.
• Support warehouse and operational activities when required.
• Drive process improvements and contribute to the ongoing growth of the operations function.
