Job summary

Stratco is launching a national supply and inventory transformation and seeks a strategic leader to own end-to-end planning, sourcing, and stock management across Australia and New Zealand. Reporting to the COO, the role is based at Gepps Cross and leads a cross-functional team spanning warehouses, manufacturing and branches.

You will shape visibility, reduce complexity and deliver a smarter, faster, more resilient inventory network through governance, optimisation and high-performing teams.

Qualifications

• Significant senior leadership experience across supply planning, procurement, inventory and warehousing.
• Proven track record leading complex multi-site or national supply chain operations.
• Deep expertise in forecasting, replenishment, inventory optimisation and supplier management.

Responsibilities

• Drive national Supply & Inventory strategy across Australia and New Zealand.
• Optimise demand and supply planning performance and forecasting accuracy.
• Manage inventory availability, optimisation, stock turns and working capital outcomes.
• Lead procurement governance, supplier performance and commercial negotiations.
• Lead national sourcing strategies and supplier relationship management.
• Oversee internal warehousing and 3PL storage performance.
• Manage inventory control, replenishment disciplines and stock integrity.
• Capabilty development across planning, procurement, inventory and warehouse teams.
