Job summary

Control Hire is seeking a hands-on Equipment Installer to join our Sydney team. You will install, dismantle and relocate equipment, ensuring standards are met on site.

You will work closely with a dedicated team, have training provided, and report to the Branch Operations Manager. A proactive approach and readiness to work in a busy construction environment are essential.

Qualifications

• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team to achieve desired outcomes.
• Flexibility in adapting to changing priorities and work conditions.
• Experience using power tools and general tool sets is highly regarded (but not essential).
• Working at Heights and EWP licenses are highly regarded (but not essential).
• Experience or familiarity with rigging and dogging is a plus (but not essential).
• White card is highly regarded (but not essential).
• Full training will be provided as needed.

Responsibilities

• Install, dismantle, and relocate Control Hire equipment as required.
• Ensure equipment is assembled and installed to required standards.
• Guiding and assisting others with equipment installation.
• Complete necessary paperwork and verify that the correct quantities are loaded.
• Perform minor repairs and routine maintenance on equipment.
• Assist in the warehouse when required.
• Report directly to the Branch Operations Manager.
