Job summary

SEEK Australia is seeking a hands-on Trench Safety Technician to work on major civil and infrastructure projects across NSW. This role involves site work, installations, and equipment handling from Condell Park starting at 5:30am.

You will install and remove trench shields, read site plans, inspect and transport equipment, and maintain safety standards while collaborating with customers and site crews. Ongoing training and career development are provided.

Qualifications

• Experience in construction, civil, infrastructure, earthmoving, equipment hire or similar.
• Current driver's licence is required.
• Strong work ethic with a reliable attitude and willingness to learn.
• Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling.
• Able to adapt to varying site conditions and safety requirements.
• Able to pass a silica respirator fit test.
• Willing to undertake random drug and alcohol testing.
• Flexible to work Saturdays, overtime and occasional night shifts.
• Able to travel throughout NSW when required.
• Available to start from Condell Park at 5:30am.
