Job summary

Wynstan is seeking an installer to join our team and help deliver our range of blinds, doors, shutters and awnings to residential homes across NSW and Victoria. You’ll install products with precision and provide outstanding service to customers.

Training is fully paid, you'll earn based on effort and skill rather than time, and you’ll work independently on-site while still being supported by a strong team. A driver’s license and a van are required.

Qualifications

• No formal trade required; Wynstan provides training.
• Must be able to lift and handle tools and equipment.
• Able to work independently and on-site.

Responsibilities

• Install Wynstan products in residential homes.
• Provide excellent customer service to clients.
• Troubleshoot and resolve installation issues as needed.
• Travel to sites and complete on-site work with minimal supervision.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Installing: Get your hands on a range of products, installing them with precision and care.
• Customer Service: Deal with clients, answer questions, and provide a solid service that keeps them coming back.
• Problem Solving: Use your trade experience to handle tricky installs and ensure things go smoothly.
• Working Independently: Hit the road, manage your time, and get jobs done on-site with minimal supervision.

What We’re Looking For:

• Industry experience is a bonus, but not essential – We will teach you everything you need to know.
• A sharp eye for detail and a passion for getting things right.
• A strong customer service mindset – talking to clients and solving problems is part of the gig.
• A valid driver’s license and a van.
• Fit, able to lift to handle tools, product and equipment.
