Job summary

Complete Blinds is seeking an experienced installer to fit premium blinds, shutters, curtains and awnings in Sydney homes. You will represent the company on-site, delivering precision, presentation and exceptional customer service with every installation.

Ideal candidates bring pride in workmanship, experience with power tools and ladders, and a valid driver’s license. A White Card is preferred for safety in home environments, contributing to our reputation for quality installations.

Qualifications

• Proven experience installing blinds, shutters, curtains, or similar products to a high standard.
• Meticulous eye for detail: straight, level, finished cleanly every time.
• Takes genuine pride in workmanship and won't cut corners.
• Professional, well-presented and respectful in customers' homes.

Job description

This isn't a "fit and go" job. You'll install premium window furnishings in homes across Sydney where precision, presentation and attention to detail are expected on every job. You'll be the face of Complete Blinds in the customer's home, so the quality of your work and the way you conduct yourself matter just as much as the product.

• Handy with power tools and confident working on ladders


• Current driver's licence; own vehicle and tools an advantage
