In Curtains and Blinds is seeking an experienced Window Furnishings Installer to join our installation team. This site-based role covers installing curtains, blinds, shutters, tracks, awnings and motorised systems on residential and selected commercial projects, primarily across the Sunshine Coast.
You’ll work independently or with the team, ensure neat, level and functional installations, and communicate clearly with customers on site.

We are looking for an experienced Window Furnishings Installer to join our installation team.
This is a hands-on, site-based role installing a wide range of internal and external window furnishings across residential and selected commercial projects.
The majority of our installation work is across the Sunshine Coast, however from time to time you may be required to travel to Brisbane, the Gold Coast or other areas of South East Queensland for larger or specific projects.
We’re looking for someone who takes real pride in their workmanship, is confident on site and can work through installation challenges as they arise.
Our installers are also an important part of the customer experience, often being the final person our customers deal with. Being professional, respectful in customers’ homes and communicating clearly is just as important as getting the installation right.
Install curtains, blinds, shutters, tracks, awnings and motorised systems
Assess site conditions and resolve installation issues as they arise
Ensure installations are neat, level, functional and professionally finished
Communicate clearly and professionally with customers while on site
Treat customers’ homes and property with care and leave work areas clean
Liaise with our Scheduler and operations team regarding job progress, access and any issues
Communicate with builders, site supervisors and electricians where required
Check products and materials and report any discrepancies
Complete required job photos and installation information
Follow safe work practices and maintain a professional site environment
Previous experience installing window furnishings
Strong practical and problem-solving skills
Experience with curtains, blinds, shutters and motorised products
High standards of workmanship and attention to detail
Confident working independently and as part of a team
Good communication and customer service skills
Reliable, organised and able to manage your work on site
Current driver’s licence
Experience with awnings, external products and commercial projects would be an advantage.
