SP Screens in Australia is seeking an enthusiastic Installer to join our Sunshine Coast team. You will be the final on-site touch, ensuring product finishes meet our high standards and customers are delighted with the service.

Role focuses on on-site installations, punctuality, professional presentation in uniform, and adherence to company procedures. Minimum 3+ years in security/screening installation and a full driver's license are preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years experience in security/screening product installation.
• Hold a full current driver’s license.
• Availability for Monday to Friday, 7:30 am to 3:30 pm (some flexibility).
• Self-motivated with the ability to work autonomously.

Responsibilities

• On-site installations to relevant standards and clean up after completion.
• Efficient schedule management and preparation of materials/tools.
• Attend to customers with a customer-focused approach.

Position Overview: We seek an enthusiastic, dynamic Installer to meet the increasing demand for our services in the Sunshine Coast region. As an installer you'll play a pivotal role in the outcome for our customers ensuring they are satisfied with the product and finishes.

About the Role:

In this dynamic role, you'll be the final step and lasting impression of our customer through the process, ensuring exceptional service delivery. Here's what your day to day responsibilities entail.

Efficient Schedule Management: Each morning, you'll access your optimised schedule of appointments, strategically arranged for maximum efficiency. This allows you to focus on delivering outstanding service to our clients.

Being Prepared: Each day you will be required to be organised and load up all materials/tools etc required for the day to maximise you time out on site.

Professional Presentation: Arrive punctually and impeccably presented in your SP Screens uniform, with your branded vehicle parked prominently reflecting our commitment to professionalism and reliability.

On Site Installations: Conduct yourself with professionalism while with the customer. Install products to relevant standards. Clean up work area upon completion.

Adherence to Protocols: Adhere strictly to company processes and procedures, ensuring consistency and quality in every interaction.

Skills and Experience:
