Job summary
VENTORA Group is seeking an experienced Installation / Site Supervisor to oversee daily installation operations in the ACT territory. The role requires strong installation knowledge, practical leadership, and a commitment to Zero Harm safety culture.
The successful candidate will lead installation teams, provide training, ensure quality, and maintain high safety standards across the region. A Cert IV in Building & Construction and current licence are mandatory, with ongoing opportunities for
Qualifications
- Previous experience in construction, manufacturing or similar environment.
- Excellent communication skills with ability to build instant rapport.
- Strong technical skills and deep understanding of product installation.
Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day operations of installation teams.
- Provide hands-on support, training and guidance to the team.
- Troubleshoot issues and demonstrate best practices.
- Monitor productivity and quality, identify areas for improvement.
- Lead safety culture across the area of responsibility.
