Job summary
VENTORA Group, Australasia's leading manufacturer of windows and doors, is seeking an experienced Installation / Site Supervisor to oversee daily install operations in the ACT territory. You will provide hands-on support, training and guidance to installation teams, ensure best practices, troubleshoot issues, and monitor productivity and quality while driving a strong safety culture across the area.
Candidates should have construction or manufacturing experience, a Cert IV in Building &
Qualifications
- Must have Cert IV in Building & Construction and current licence.
- Experience in construction, manufacturing or similar environment.
- Strong communication and safety-focused mindset.
- Ability to oversee installation teams and provide hands-on support.
Responsibilities
- Overseeing the day-to-day operations of installation teams.
- Provide hands-on support, training and guidance to the team.
- Demonstrating best practices and troubleshooting issues that arise.
- Monitor productivity and quality, identifying areas for improvement.
- Lead the continual development of Safety Culture across the area of responsibility.
