Job summary

VENTORA Group in Canberra is seeking an experienced Installation / Site Supervisor to oversee daily install operations across the ACT territory. You will lead installation teams, provide hands-on guidance, and uphold safety and quality standards.

The role requires a Cert IV in Building & Construction with a current licence, strong technical knowledge of product installation, WHS focus, and excellent communication to build rapport with crews and clients.

Qualifications

• Experience in construction, manufacturing or similar environment.
• WHS exposure with a focus on Zero Harm at all times and at all costs.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to build instant rapport.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing the day-to-day operations of our installation teams.
• Provide hands-on support, training and guidance to the team.
• Demonstrating best practices and troubleshooting any issues that arise.
• Monitor productivity and quality, identifying areas for improvement.
• Lead the continual development of Safety Culture across the area of responsibility.

The Opportunity

We are looking to appoint an experienced Installation / Site Supervisor to oversee daily install operations in our ACT territory.

Key Responsibilities

• Overseeing the day-to-day operations of our installation teams
• Provide hands-on support, training and guidance to the team
• Demonstrating best practices and troubleshooting any issues that arise
• Monitor productivity and quality, identifying areas for improvement
• Lead the continual development of Safety Culture across the area of responsibility

About You

• Previous experience in construction, manufacturing or similar environment
• Cert IV in Building & Construction & current licence holder (MUST)
• Strong technical skills and a deep understanding of product installation
• WHS exposure with a focus on Zero Harm at all times and at all costs
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to build instant rapport
