Job summary

VENTORA Group, Australasia's leading manufacturer of windows and doors, is seeking an experienced Installation / Site Supervisor to oversee daily install operations in the ACT territory. You will provide hands-on support, training and guidance to installation teams, ensure best practices, troubleshoot issues, and monitor productivity and quality while driving a strong safety culture across the area.

Candidates should have construction or manufacturing experience, a Cert IV in Building &

Qualifications

• Must have Cert IV in Building & Construction and current licence.
• Experience in construction, manufacturing or similar environment.
• Strong communication and safety-focused mindset.
• Ability to oversee installation teams and provide hands-on support.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing the day-to-day operations of installation teams.
• Provide hands-on support, training and guidance to the team.
• Demonstrating best practices and troubleshooting issues that arise.
• Monitor productivity and quality, identifying areas for improvement.
• Lead the continual development of Safety Culture across the area of responsibility.

The Opportunity

We are looking to appoint an experienced Installation / Site Supervisor to oversee daily install operations in our ACT territory.

Key Responsibilities

• Overseeing the day-to-day operations of our installation teams
• Provide hands-on support, training and guidance to the team
• Demonstrating best practices and troubleshooting any issues that arise
• Monitor productivity and quality, identifying areas for improvement
• Lead the continual development of Safety Culture across the area of responsibility

About You

• Previous experience in construction, manufacturing or similar environment
• Cert IV in Building & Construction & current licence holder (MUST)
• Strong technical skills and a deep understanding of product installation
• WHS exposure with a focus on Zero Harm at all times and at all costs
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to build instant rapport
