Job summary

G.James Windows & Doors in Narangba is seeking an Installation Coordinator to plan, schedule and coordinate installation teams, ensuring work is completed on time and to Australian Standards. You will closely liaise with production and factory teams to update installation schedules, communicate with customers to manage expectations, and drive quality outcomes while supporting safety and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Experience in windows, construction, manufacturing or service-based industries is preferred.
• Strong administrative and customer service skills are required.
• Confident using computer systems and able to learn new platforms quickly.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• High attention to detail, with strong time management and problem-solving abilities.
• Proactive, organised and confident taking ownership of your role.
• Passion for delivering great customer outcomes and building strong relationships.

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule and coordinate installation and service teams to deliver work on time and to Australian Standards.
• Liaise closely with production and factory teams to ensure jobs are delivered in full and on schedule.
• Maintain and update installation schedules in line with customer requirements and operational priorities.
• Communicate proactively with customers to manage expectations and installation timeframes.
• Drive quality outcomes, minimising rework and maximising customer satisfaction.
• Support team performance, safety and efficiency in line with company policies and procedures.
