Job summary

G. James Windows & Doors in Riverview, QLD, is seeking an organized coordinator to plan and schedule installation and service teams, ensuring work is completed on time and to Australian Standards.

The role requires strong administrative and customer service skills, attention to detail, and the ability to learn new computer platforms quickly. Full training is provided for permanent full-time employment.

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule and coordinate installation and service teams to deliver work on time and to Australian Standards.
• Liaise closely with production and factory teams to ensure jobs are delivered in full and on schedule.
• Maintain and update installation schedules in line with customer requirements and operational priorities.
• Communicate proactively with customers to manage expectations and installation timeframes.
• Drive quality outcomes, minimising rework and maximising customer satisfaction.
• Support team performance, safety and efficiency in line with company policies and procedures.

G.James Windows & Doors, based in Riverview, manufactures, supplies and installs a wide range of aluminium windows and doors for the residential and commercial construction markets.

The Role

• Plan, schedule and coordinate installation and service teams to deliver work on time and to Australian Standards

• Experience in windows, construction, manufacturing or service-based industries (preferred)

• Proactive, organised and confident taking ownership of your role
