Department of Education Victoria – Hoppers Crossing VIC is seeking a Classroom Teacher to teach Maths/Psychology/Science across Years 7–12. You will design engaging, data-informed lessons, track student growth and contribute to school programs in a high-performing campus not far from Melbourne.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated knowledge of the relevant curriculum with ability to integrate literacy and numeracy skills.
• Demonstrated experience planning high-impact teaching strategies and evaluating learning growth.
• Demonstrated ability to monitor, assess and provide feedback on student learning using data.
• Demonstrated interpersonal and communication skills and ability to collaborate with staff, students and families.
• Commitment to reflective practice and ongoing professional learning to improve teaching quality.

Responsabilités

• Direct teaching of groups of students and individual students.
• Contribute to development, implementation and evaluation of curriculum programs.
• Undertake other teaching-related and organisational duties as determined by the Principal.
• Participate in parent/teacher meetings, staff meetings, camps and excursions.
• Undertake additional non-teaching supervisory duties as required.
