Northside Early Learning Centre is seeking a Centre Director to lead day-to-day operations, uphold high care and education standards, and engage families and educators. The role focuses on leadership, compliance, and building a positive team culture.

You will manage staff performance, rosters, enrolments and work closely with the Educational Leader to support strong educational outcomes while modelling collaborative leadership.

• Experience in a leadership role within an early childhood setting.
• Ability to manage a large team and oversee daily operations.
• Strong people leadership and staff development skills.
• Organised with ability to prioritise competing tasks.
• Committed to high-quality early childhood education and compliance.

• Oversee daily operations and ensure high standards of care.
• Lead, manage and support a large team of educators.
• Foster a positive, respectful workplace culture.
• Manage staffing rosters, attendance and performance.
• Drive enrolments, tours, waitlists and family enquiries.
• Ensure compliance with the National Quality Framework and regulations.
• Collaborate with Educational Leader to support educational outcomes.
• Lead recruitment, onboarding and induction of new educators.
• Engage families and build strong relationships.
