Job summary

Aggreko is seeking an Inside Sales Team Lead in Melbourne to drive revenue growth and lead high-performing teams. You will shape strategy, align with field sales and marketing, and evolve from inbound to outbound hunter approaches.

You will coach teams, optimize structures, and manage resources across regions to meet substantial targets while collaborating with ASM’s, field consultants, and operations.

Qualifications

• Experience in B2B sales leadership or sales team management.
• Proven ability to drive revenue growth through strategic initiatives.
• Strong track record in coaching and developing performance.
• Experience collaborating with field sales, marketing and operations.
• Ability to manage dispersed teams across multiple locations.

Responsibilities

• Develop sales strategies to drive revenue growth through high-performing teams.
• Set and monitor KPIs across teams delivering substantial revenue targets.
• Build and optimize team structures for both inbound and outbound effectiveness.
• Ensure alignment with field sales and marketing.
• Manage inside sales headcount and resources.
• Drive continuous improvement and capability development through coaching and reviews.
• Build relationships with Area Sales Managers, Field Sales Consultants and operations teams.
• Escalate complex customer opportunities and support requirements.
• Support key customer meetings and strategic account reviews.
