Job summary

Origin Energy is seeking a Customer Sales Leader in Melbourne to guide a 10–15 person team across inbound and outbound journeys, including cross-sell, moves, internet and acquisition. You’ll drive sales performance, shape customer outcomes, and partner with senior leaders to align with the CCCCG framework.

You’ll own the end-to-end journey, handle escalation and bring customer insights to influence decisions, while developing a positive, compliant, high-performing team culture.

Qualifications

• Ideally proven experience (one to two years) leading and developing sales or customer-facing teams.
• Strong commercial awareness, with the confidence to run your team like it’s your own business.
• Advanced numeracy and literacy, and comfort working across multiple systems and platforms.
• A collaborative approach and a genuine focus on getting the right outcome for customers, your team and the business.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end customer sales journey for your team, including complaints.
• Be the escalation point and capture customer insights to influence decisions.
• Lead a high-performing, compliant team and contribute to leadership discussions.
