KE Select partners with a globally established life science organisation to recruit an Inside Sales Specialist for a maternity fixed-term contract in Australia. You will engage laboratory professionals by phone, email and digital channels while collaborating with the ANZ commercial team.

Qualifikationen

• 2–3 years in inside sales, account management or related commercial role.
• Experience in life sciences, laboratory equipment or technical sales preferred.
• Qualification in Life Sciences, Biotechnology or Biomedical Science advantageous.

• Drive sales and revenue targets across allocated accounts and segments.
• Proactively engage customers to identify opportunities and generate new business.
• Build relationships via telephone, email and digital engagement.
• Provide product information, quotations and tailored solutions.
• Conduct virtual product presentations and demonstrations where appropriate.
• Collaborate with field sales to maximise market coverage and develop leads.
• Utilise CRM to manage interactions, opportunities and pipeline.
• Support promotional campaigns and online purchasing platforms.
• Identify opportunities to expand sales of laboratory products and services.
• Maintain accurate forecasts and customer records.
