Job summary

Healthplus Staffing, Llc is seeking a Product Specialist - Laboratory Chemicals to drive revenue growth in New South Wales, Queensland and New Zealand. This field-based role focuses on new business, account growth and technical, application-focused solutions.

You will collaborate with Field Sales, Inside Sales and Product Management, manage a strong pipeline, and travel regularly across the territory to meet customers and deliver value-added solutions.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualifications in Chemistry, Analytical Chemistry, Biochemistry, or a related scientific discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of sales experience, preferably within laboratory chemicals, scientific consumables, or a related technical sales environment.
• Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets, developing customer relationships, and converting business opportunities.
• Willingness and ability to travel regularly across the assigned territory.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute territory, account, and sales strategies to achieve revenue and market share growth targets.
• Identify, qualify, and convert new opportunities while expanding relationships within existing accounts.
• Understand customer workflows and technical requirements to recommend suitable products and value-added solutions.
• Build strong relationships with customers and decision-makers through proactive engagement and support.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive cross-selling and portfolio growth.
• Coordinate launches and campaigns with Product Management and Marketing; support market development initiatives.
• Maintain accurate customer records and timely updates in Salesforce; provide monthly forecasts.
