Qualifikationen

• 2–3 years' experience in inside sales or a related commercial role.
• Experience with CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
• Background in life sciences, biotechnology, or biomedical science is advantageous.
• Strong communication, relationship-building and negotiation skills.

Aufgaben

• Drive sales performance and revenue targets across allocated accounts and market segments.
• Proactively engage existing and prospective customers to identify opportunities and generate new business.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through telephone, email and digital engagement.
• Identify opportunities to increase product sales, repeat purchases and customer retention.
• Provide product information, quotations and tailored solutions to meet customer requirements.
• Conduct virtual product presentations and demonstrations where appropriate.
• Collaborate with field sales representatives to maximise market coverage and develop qualified leads.
• Utilise CRM systems to manage customer interactions, sales opportunities and pipeline activity.
• Support promotional campaigns, digital sales initiatives and online purchasing platforms.
• Identify opportunities to expand sales of laboratory products, consumables and service solutions.
• Maintain accurate sales forecasts, reporting and customer records.
• Deliver a professional and responsive customer experience throughout the sales process.
