Big Ass Fans is seeking a full-time Inside Sales Representative for our Eagle Farm office in Brisbane. You will work with customers to nurture enquiries, meet monthly revenue targets, and ensure they receive the best airflow solutions.

No cold calling is required and uncapped commissions are paid monthly in addition to base salary. The role emphasizes customer focus, strong communication, and CRM proficiency, with hybrid work flexibility and on-site parking.

Qualifications

• Excellent organization and time management skills.
• Customer-focused with ability to provide service over the phone.
• Strong people and communication skills to build rapport.
• Proficiency in CRM systems or willingness to learn (Salesforce, G Suite).
• Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset.
• Previous experience in sales or sales support is highly regarded.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a high performing team.

Responsibilities
