Job summary

Big Ass Fans is seeking a full-time Inside Sales Representative for our Eagle Farm office in Brisbane. You will work with customers to nurture enquiries, meet monthly revenue targets, and ensure they receive the best airflow solutions.

No cold calling is required and uncapped commissions are paid monthly in addition to base salary. The role emphasizes customer focus, strong communication, and CRM proficiency, with hybrid work flexibility and on-site parking.

The Opportunity:

We are on the hunt for a full-time permanent inside Sales Representative tojoin our high performing Inside Sales Team at our Eagle Farm office. If you are reliable, driven, customer-focused and enjoy dealing with people on a daily basis, WE WANT YOU!

You will work closely with our customers, customer service and the wider sales team to ensure enquiries are nurtured and customers' needs are met to meet your monthly revenue target. Your main objective will be tofacilitate the sales process to ensure our customers have the best airflow solution to meet their needs.

No cold calling is required- our customers know us and love the brand!

Uncapped commissions paid MONTHLY-in addition to base salary

Working hours will be Monday to Friday (no weekends!) and free on-site parking.

We are looking for someone who is:

Excellent organization and time management skills

Customer Focused -Providing the best possible service over the phone
