Billi in Sydney is seeking an organised Inside Sales Coordinator to support our Sales Team and help deliver an exceptional customer experience. This fast-paced role combines sales support, customer service, order management, reporting, and stakeholder coordination.

As a key first point of contact, you will handle enquiries, prepare quotes and documentation, process orders, track deliveries, and maintain accurate CRM records.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales administration or customer service roles.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Proactive, solutions-focused approach.
• Proficient with Excel; CRM experience preferred (Salesforce).

Responsibilities

• Work closely with Customer Service, Operations, Finance, and Service teams to achieve the best outcomes for customers.
