Job summary

Asahi Beverages Group is seeking a proactive Business Development Executive to lead Inside Sales for the Away From Home channel in Melbourne. You will drive growth by maintaining distributions, promoting new product initiatives, and collaborating with Field and Key Account teams to execute campaigns nationwide.

Qualifications

• Experience in outbound B2B/B2C sales generating leads and closing opportunities.
• Strong communication and rapport-building skills with customers.
• Ability to manage a call plan, understand customer needs and convert opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and grow distributions across Inside Sales channels.
• Sell in game plans and NPD initiatives to customers and support field teams.
• Expand customer base within the Away From Home channel and manage revenue targets.
• Build strong customer relationships through monthly Journey Plans and effective call management.
• Utilise sales tools to increase sales capability and drive results.
