Responsibilities

  • Assist the Industry Development Manager with presentations, reporting and general administrative support.
  • Prepare proposals, presentations and sales reports for Sales leaders.
  • Maintain and update the Sales Pipeline/CRM system.
  • Assist the sales team in providing customer quotes and other information to customers.
  • Compile and analyse sales data to support decision-making.
  • Proactively build relationships with a defined customer list via phone to expand Brink's services.
  • Resolve customer inquiries promptly during the sales process.
  • Support invoicing, billing and contract preparation.
  • Ensure compliance with internal processes and collaborate with marketing, finance, operations and customer service teams.
  • Maintain accuracy of customer, sales and pipeline data in CRM.
  • Generate regular sales performance reports, dashboards and customer insights.
  • Assist with tenders, pricing submissions, proposals and contract documentation.
  • Support sales campaigns, customer communications and lead generation initiatives.
  • Identify opportunities to expand existing customer relationships through cross-selling and upselling.

Inside Sales and Administration Coordinator

Position Overview

We are seeking an enthusiastic and highly organized Inside Sales & Administration Coordinator to support our Industry Development Manager.

This role will play a vital part in ensuring smooth sales processes, contributing to sales targets, and offering excellent customer service.

The role also plays a key part in supporting customer growth, maintaining CRM data integrity, analysing sales performance, and assisting with the delivery of Brink's commercial strategy.

Key Responsibilities

Assist the Industry Development Manager with presentations, reporting, and general administrative support.

Prepare proposals, presentations, and sales reports for Sales leaders.

Maintain and update the Sales Pipeline/CRM system.

Assist the sales team in providing customer quotes and other information to customers.

Compile and analyse sales data to support decision-making.

Manage via phone a small defined customer list to proactively build relationships to expand Brink's services.

Resolve customer inquiries promptly and address concerns during the sales process.

Support invoicing, billing, and contract preparation.

Ensure compliance with internal processes and work closely with marketing, finance, operations, and customer service teams.

Maintain the accuracy and integrity of customer, sales and pipeline information within the CRM system.

Generate and distribute regular sales performance reports, dashboards and customer insights.

Assist with the preparation and coordination of customer tenders, pricing submissions, proposals and contract documentation.

Support sales campaigns, customer communications and lead generation initiatives.

Identify opportunities to expand existing customer relationships through cross-selling and upselling of Brink's services.

Liaise with Operations, Customer Service, Finance and Compliance teams to ensure customer requirements are met and internal processes are followed.

Required Skills & Experience:

Proven experience in a sales administrative or support role.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and work both independently and as part of a team.

Experience working with CRM platforms and sales reporting tools.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and present sales data.

Strong personal integrity and professionalism.

A proactive attitude with a focus on continuous improvement.

Experience within the logistics, transportation, security, or service-based industries is desirable but not essential.

Exceptional interpersonal skills with a commitment to outstanding customer service.

Commercially minded with the ability to identify opportunities for customer growth and service expansion.
