• Coordinate marketing activities, content, campaigns, collateral and brand materials across the business.
• Coordinate involvement in industry events, conferences, sponsorships and client functions, including registrations and logistics.
• Log opportunities, set up quotation folders, maintain document control and support quotations.
• Set up tender folders, templates, track inputs and deadlines, support final submissions on time.
• Maintain accurate CRM records, opportunities, contacts and activities, ensuring information is current.
• Provide day-to-day coordination and administrative support to Sales & Marketing, keeping priorities organized.

Brimble Group is seeking an organised, proactive and capable Marketing & Admin Coordinator to join the team in a full-time, office-based position. This is a varied coordination role supporting the Sales & Marketing function across marketing, events, quotations, tenders and CRM administration. You will support the Sales & Marketing function by keeping key activities organised and on track - coordinating industry events and marketing content, setting up quotations, maintaining CRM records, and assisting with tender documentation and submissions to meet deadlines.

This role will suit someone who enjoys working across multiple priorities, takes pride in being organised and gets satisfaction from keeping things moving and getting things finished. You will need to be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where priorities can change and deadlines matter. Strong attention to detail, follow-through and the ability to communicate confidently with different people across the business will be essential.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate marketing activities, content, campaigns, company collateral and brand materials across the business
• Coordinate Brimble's involvement in industry events, conferences, sponsorships and client functions, including registrations, collateral, logistics and event requirements
• Log incoming opportunities, set up quotation folders and templates, maintain document control and support the preparation and submission of quotations
• Set up tender folders, templates and returnables, coordinate inputs from across the business, maintain document control, track actions and deadlines, and support the final submission of tenders on time
• Maintain accurate CRM records, opportunities, contacts and activities, ensuring information is current and up to date
• Provide day-to-day coordination and administrative support to the Sales & Marketing function, helping keep activities, deadlines and priorities organised

About you

• Previous experience in marketing coordination, events, administration, sales support, bid coordination or a similar role
• Strong organisation and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
• Excellent attention to detail and a high standard of written and verbal communication
• A reliable approach to following tasks through to completion
• Confidence coordinating information and actions across different people and teams
• Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Word, PowerPoint, Outlook and Excel
• Experience using CRM, project management or workflow systems
• Ability to prepare professional documents and presentations while maintaining brand consistency
• A proactive and practical approach to work
• Experience supporting tenders, submissions or formal business documentation would be highly regarded
