Job summary

• Drive sales by outbound calls to sell Equifax products and services and exceed monthly targets.
• Manage a portfolio of SME clients with a segmented call plan to maximise engagement and sales.
• Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities through account reviews and customer activity analysis.
• Maintain data and forecast accuracy in Salesforce with reliable monthly/quarterly forecasts.
• Build strong client relationships through exceptional customer service.
• Learn and maintain extensive knowledge of Equifax products and services.
