Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years experience in a customer service or operations processing role.
• Excellent attention to detail in daily tasks and investigations.
• Strong critical thinking skills and problem solving through analysis and planning.
• Proven ability to meet and exceed KPIs.
• Confident and articulate communication, both written and verbal.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong analytical ability in a customer-focused environment and business advisory.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers primarily via email and some phone interactions to resolve inquiries and fulfil requests.
• Communicate and resolve customer issues within tight timeframes, managing conflicting priorities.
• Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance efficiency and satisfaction.
• Represent the fulfilment team when interacting with internal stakeholders to support issue resolution and new processes.
