• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with students, parents and staff.
• Commitment to ongoing professional learning and reflection to improve teaching quality.

Responsabilidades

• Have content knowledge and pedagogical practice to meet diverse student needs.
• Model exemplary classroom practice and mentor other teachers to reflect on their practice.
• Provide expert advice on content, processes and strategies to shape professional learning.
• Supervise and train one or more student teachers.
• Assist staff to use student data to inform teaching to achieve learning targets.
