Job summary

CBH Group seeks a Manager of Innovation & Partnerships to lead a three-person team and coordinate governance of the innovation portfolio spanning the grain supply chain. You will collaborate across CBH and with external partners to identify opportunities, guide initiatives and deliver commercially valuable outcomes.

The role also oversees portfolio reporting, budgeting, communications and change activities to advance innovation projects and drive business impact.

Qualifications

• Experience in innovation, technology, transformation or portfolio management within large organisations.
• Strong commercial judgment and ability to connect ideas with business needs and measurable outcomes.
• Exposure to agriculture, supply chains or related operations is favourable.
• Inclusive leadership style with capability development and accountability.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with collaborative approach.

Responsibilities

• Govern and set strategic direction for CBH’s innovation portfolio.
• Lead, develop and support a team of three.
• Build trusted partnerships with CBH, research institutions and industry stakeholders.
• Identify emerging technologies and partnership opportunities to improve efficiency and capability.
• Oversee portfolio reporting, budgeting and change management; provide insights for decisions.
