CBH Group in Western Australia seeks a Manager – Innovation & Partnerships to lead a small team and govern CBH’s innovation portfolio across the grain supply chain. You will partner with internal teams and external organisations to guide strategic initiatives, translate ideas into value, and report on governance, budgeting and change impacts.

The role requires the ability to build trust with research institutions, industry bodies and technology providers, driving commercially valuable outcomes

Qualifikationen

• Experience leading innovation, technology or portfolio initiatives in a large/complex org.
• Strong ability to translate ideas into practical, measurable business outcomes.
• Proven capability to build trust across business, research, technology and industry stakeholders.

Aufgaben

• Govern CBH’s innovation portfolio governance and strategic direction.
• Lead and develop a team of three direct reports.
• Establish partnerships with research institutions, industry bodies and external partners.
• Identify emerging technologies and partnership opportunities to improve efficiency and capability.
• Oversee portfolio performance, budgeting, reporting and change impacts.
