Job summary

Brightwater Care Group Ltd. is seeking an experienced Injury Management Partner to lead injury management initiatives within our Safety & Health team.

You will partner with leaders across the business to drive prevention, recovery and safe return-to-work outcomes, while advising on workers' compensation claims and rehabilitation programs. You will develop proactive injury prevention strategies, manage complex claim processes, and ensure compliance with WA WHS requirements.

Qualifications

• Degree in Safety and Health or related discipline.
• Strong knowledge of WA workers' compensation scheme and relevant legislation.
• Demonstrated experience managing workers' compensation claims in a complex organisation.
• Experience developing and managing return-to-work and rehabilitation programs.
• Knowledge of the WHS Act 2020 and associated standards.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with experience interpreting claims and injury data.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• High levels of emotional intelligence and a customer-focused approach.
• Experience using safety management systems, databases and Microsoft Office applications.
• A satisfactory National Police Clearance issued within the past 12 months.
• A current valid WA driver’s licence.
