Grosvenor Engineering Group is seeking an experienced Injury Management Advisor to lead the development and review of injury management and return-to-work policies across Australia, working from our Moorebank office with some work-from-home flexibility.

You will manage workers' compensation claims, coordinate with WorkSafe and insurers, and drive wellbeing initiatives while partnering with HR and operations to ensure compliant, effective injury management across states.

Qualifications

• Experience in injury management and workers' compensation programs.
• Tertiary qualification in Occupational Health or Safety-related field.
• Desirable: SIRA Recover at Work Certificate or Return to Work Coordinator.
• Proven ability to develop and implement policy and procedures.
• Strong knowledge of workers' compensation legislation.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Establish policies and procedures on the management of injuries, worker compensation claims and return to work in compliance to the relevant legislation and GEG policies.
• Providing advice and guidance on injury management and workers compensation processes, including promotion of early intervention, and recovery at work.
• Ensuring guidelines and documentation are current and representative of each state and territories legislative requirements.
• Effective management of all claims, including national workers compensation, non-work-related injuries/illnesses, income protection and other employee wellbeing initiatives.
• Prepare regular reports for the business on injury management statistics
• Build and develop existing policies and procedures
• Undertake classification of injuries to ensure accurate and consistent statistical reporting
