Baxter is seeking a Sales Specialist, Infusion Therapy & Platforms to partner with clinicians, nursing teams, pharmacy professionals, and procurement leaders across major NSW hospitals. You will drive sales growth and educate users on infusion solutions, advancing safer, more efficient patient care.

The role covers NSW North including Sydney Metro up to Central Coast, requiring strong relationship-building and strategic account management to expand opportunities and partnerships.

Competenze

• Degree in Business, Sales/Marketing, Nursing, Medical Science or related field.
• Proven sales or account-management experience in healthcare/pharma.
• Strong relationship-building and influencing skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.

Mansioni

• Identify incremental business opportunities and develop strategies.
• Build relationships with clinical and management staff and provide excellent service and product knowledge.
• Collaborate with Regional Sales Manager, Marketing, and Corporate Accounts teams.
• Provide market information to understand the marketplace.
• Coordinate and provide education during trials and implementations of Baxter products.
• Support product life cycle from implementation onwards.
